How do I setup an Online Bill Pay account?

Have the following items prepared:

  • Customer ID
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number OR street number associated with the customer account

Next, access the Online Bill Pay portal.

Once you land on this page, select the 'click here to register' link.

A form will appear that will require you to submit information related to your customer account. Make sure to fill in all fields.

After submitting your form, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. A pop-up window should also notify you that an e-mail is on its way. Some e-mail providers may take up to an hour for this e-mail to arrive in your inbox.

You must click the link within the confirmation e-mail in order to activate your account. You will not be able to login to the Online Bill Pay system until you have activated your account.

What information do I need ready in order to sign up for Online Bill Pay?
  • Customer ID
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number OR street number associated with the customer account
I never received my confirmation e-mail.

Double check that the confirmation e-mail did not arrive in any spam folders. Also, we suggest including the e-mail "[email protected]" on your safe senders list. Please be aware some e-mail providers may take up to an hour for this e-mail to arrive in your inbox.

In order to resend the confirmation e-mail, access the Online Bill Pay login portal. Prior to clicking 'Click here to resend,' make sure to turn off any pop-up blockers you may have on your browser. This will prevent you from being able to see the notification that your request has gone through.

Proceed to clicking the resend confirmation e-mail link. Type in your e-mail address. Make sure there are no typos.

Once you select submit, a pop-up notification alert will notify you that your request is a success.

If you still do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please call our Customer Service Center directly.

Can I receive paperless invoices?

You can sign up for paperless invoices within the Online Bill Pay system.

Select the 'Paperless Billing' sub-tab and follow the instructions on the page.

Once you select “Save Paperless Options”, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Some e-mail providers may take up to an hour to receive this e-mail.

Can I manage multiple accounts in the Online Bill Pay system?

Yes, you can manage multiple accounts in the Online Bill Pay system. This should be done through a single account login.

Utilize the 'Add Account' sub-tab within the Online Billy Pay portal. You will need a Customer ID Number, Phone Number or Street Number associated with the additional account(s). Hit the Add Account button in order to add additional accounts.

The 'Manage Account' sub-tab allows you to set the default account for visibility within the system.

You can change the Default Account visibility by using the drop down menu next to "New Default Account" within the 'Manage Account' sub-tab.

I forgot my username/password. What do I do?

Within the Online Bill Pay login portal you will find a link that reads "Forgot your password? Click here for assistance."

A form will appear that will require you to submit information related to your customer account. Make sure to fill in the required fields.

After submitting your form, an e-mail will be sent to you with your new account information. A pop-up window should also notify you that an e-mail is on its way. Some e-mail providers may take up to an hour for this e-mail to arrive in your inbox.

I want to pay my bill by mail. Where should I send my bill?

If you choose to pay your invoice via cash or check, payments should be sent to the following address:
