Meet your Family

Brad Gardner
Manager

Brad Gardner is our new Manager for American Disposal Service of Georgia. Brad grew up in Southern Florida. He has been in the Waste Industry since the mid-1970's, working at well-known companies such as: BFI, Republic, and Waste Management. Brad has lived in Atlanta with his wife and three children, including a set of twins, since 1994. In his spare time, Brad enjoys traveling with his wife or playing a few rounds of golf.

Rusty Thomas
Operations Manager

Rusty Thomas is the Operations Manager for American Disposal Service of Georgia. Rusty is a man of many hats. He started in the industry almost 20 years ago delivering carts or toters. Over the years, he has held positions in everything from a helper to a mechanic. Rusty has enjoyed being a mechanic so much that he decided to stick with it. Over the years, he has developed such mechanical expertise that has earned him the title of a Level A Mechanic. When he's not working, Rusty enjoys shooting pool and spending time with his wife and daughter.
